How to Change the Engine Oil and Filter in a Nissan Qashqai?

To replace the engine oil and filter in a Nissan Qashqai, position the vehicle on a flat surface and safely lift it to access the underside of the engine. Place a container under the oil sump, remove the filler cap in the engine bay, and unscrew the drain plug located under the sump. Allow the used oil to drain completely, then refit the drain plug, checking the condition of the gasket. Locate the oil filter, unscrew it with an appropriate tool, and remove it from its seat. Apply a thin layer of clean oil to the gasket of the new filter and screw it in until properly tightened. Pour the new engine oil through the filler neck, check the level with the dipstick, and add more if necessary. Start the engine for a few seconds, turn it off, and check the level again, ensuring there are no leaks from the filter or drain plug.
