How to Change the Engine Air Filter on a Nissan Qashqai

To replace the engine air filter on a Nissan Qashqai, open the bonnet and locate the air filter box connected to the engine's intake system. Loosen the screws or unclip the fasteners securing the housing cover, then lift it to access the filter element. Remove the used filter and check that there is no dust, leaves, or other debris inside the box. Clean the filter seat with a dry cloth or low-pressure compressed air. Insert the new filter, ensuring it is correctly oriented and perfectly seated around the entire perimeter. Refit the housing cover and secure it with the screws or fasteners. Finally, check that all intake system connections are correctly installed before closing the bonnet.
