How to Remove the Clutch from the Nissan Qashqai 1.5 Diesel

This guide shows how to replace the clutch on the 2012 Nissan Qashqai with a 1.5 diesel engine. First, lift the vehicle and remove the front wheels as well as the lower protective panel. Locate the oil drain plug on the gearbox and drain the oil. Next, remove the right suspension arm to allow the correct extraction of the right front driveshaft; repeat this operation on the left side. Remove the bolts on the gearbox profile and the cables connected to the part. Disconnect the battery and its support from the bodywork. Remove the gearbox mounting bolts and, using a jack, lower it down; during this operation, disconnect the gearbox control cable. Unscrew the remaining gearbox retaining bolts from the engine and pull out the part to be repaired. Now you can access the internal components of the clutch for replacement. To reassemble everything, simply follow the reverse steps taken so far.
