Today, review the key information needed to dismantle the timing chain on the Nissan Micra 1.2, following the instructions below. First, open the bonnet of the vehicle and begin to remove the cylinder head cover by disconnecting the various hoses and removing the spark plugs; undo the fixing screws to access the upper part of the timing system, as shown in the video.

At this point, remove the serpentine belt and the crankshaft pulley, taking off the timing cover; take the necessary references that will allow you to dismantle and install the new timing chain!
