In this tutorial, you will see how to replace the interior tail light bulbs in the hatchback of a Nissan Altima, a very simple and quick operation. First, ensure that the key is not in the ignition for safety.

Then, open the trunk and, using a plastic trim tool to avoid leaving any marks, disengage the indicated clips. Next, move the carpet located at the back of the light assembly, grasp the bulb holder, and remove it by turning it counterclockwise.

At this point, simply replace the bulb and reassemble everything by following the reverse procedure.
