In the Nissan Murano, it is possible for the trunk door to get stuck, for example due to a malfunction in the lock or the control button. In these cases, we can still perform the emergency opening of the trunk door by following the simple procedure shown in this video. First, we open the rear doors, then we lower the backrest of the sofa by activating the corresponding release levers. We then go inside the trunk, locate the indicated slot, and, for example using a metal key, manually operate the lock. The trunk door will now be free to open.
