How to permanently deactivate the start & stop on an Opel Grandland X with the DiagBox system

In this video, we see how to deactivate the Start & Stop system on the Opel Grandland X: we need an updated DiagBox, a compatible Lexia/PT-COM cable, a Windows PC, and an OBD2 port. The car's battery must be fully charged to avoid voltage fluctuations, and all electronic systems must be turned off. Turn on the ignition, connect to the OBD port with DiagBox, and start the software. Identify the model/year/engine. Access the "ECU BSI" section and navigate to "configuration" and then "engine management". Inside, look for the "Stop&start function" parameter (or "eco mode"). Change the value from "active" to "inactive" and confirm with "write" (or "program"). Perform a "Reset ECU" from the "maintenance" menu to clear the learning memories.
