In today's video, we will see how to reset the maintenance light on an Opel Astra J, a model produced from 2009 to 2016, without using external diagnostic tools. Let's begin the reset procedure by turning on the vehicle's ignition, then press the "MENU" button located on the left stalk of the steering wheel to open the menu on the information display.

Scroll through the various options until you reach the screen showing the remaining engine oil life, then press the end stalk button "SET/CLR" to request the service reset and confirm the operation as shown in the video.
