How to Reset the Maintenance Light on an Opel Astra

To reset the maintenance light on an Opel Astra, get in the vehicle, insert the key, and turn on the ignition without starting the engine. Use the button on the indicator stalk to access the central display menu.

Scroll to the option related to engine oil life or maintenance. When the option is displayed, press and hold the button on the stalk until the reset request appears on the display.

Confirm by holding the button again until the reset is complete. Turn off the ignition and restart to check that the indicator has been reset.
