This guide provides the main instructions for removing and replacing the turbocharger on the Opel Astra 1.9 CDTI. First, open the bonnet of your vehicle and begin by removing the front bumper, undoing all the fixing screws; then, remove the engine intake hose connected to the air filter box, as shown in the video.
