How to reset the oil light on the 2007 Opel Astra H

If you have just changed the engine oil and the respective filter, but the warning light continues to stay on the dashboard, do not worry as you can eliminate it by following this simple procedure. First, enter the vehicle and reach the driver's seat. Next, insert the key and turn on the ignition. At the same time, press and hold the button located in the lower right area of the dashboard. Wait for the display to stop flashing, then release the button and the oil light reset is finally complete.
