Emergency Start with a Flat Key on an Opel Grandland X

Let's see how to open the Opel Grandland X if the remote battery is flat, but you still need to start it. As it is a proximity key, you can do this: place the key on the steering column, press the clutch and brake pedals together, and press the start button on the dashboard. Note that there is a specific location to place the key, which is on the left side of the steering column, where there is a housing that matches the shape of the key. Normally, this housing is on the right side of the column, but on the Grandland X, it is on the left. To turn it off, follow the same procedure; place the key and press the start button.
