This guide will show you how to permanently disable the Start&Stop system on the Peugeot 508. To permanently disable the Start&Stop system, simply press the button located next to the steering wheel; however, once you turn off the vehicle, it will automatically reactivate.

The only effective way to disable the system is to use specific software capable of modifying the parameters of the control unit, erasing those of the Start&Stop; this way, the Start&Stop system will no longer be available and may not be restorable.
