Pry until the two pieces separate from the cover, extract the battery holder, and replace the worn battery with a new one of the same size and voltage. Reassemble the cover with the buttons by pressing on the key fob until you hear the locking click. Finally, insert the metal key into the key fob. Check that the key fob is functioning correctly.
