Take your remote key and, using a screwdriver, pry between the two parts of the plastic key cover until they completely separate. Remove the worn battery, then take a new one for installation. Rejoin the plastic parts of the remote: press on the key cover until you hear it click into place. Check the proper functioning of the remote key. Replace the key battery with one of the same type and voltage.
