Replacement of the Auxiliary Belt on Peugeot 206

Using a ratchet, unscrew the bolts of the pivot below the belt and the fixing pivot bolt (see video demonstration). Unscrew the tensioner with a Torx key to loosen the tension on the belt; once removed, check that the tensioner bearing has no play (it is advisable to replace it if necessary) and reposition the new auxiliary belt between the pulleys. Tighten the tensioner again to apply the correct tension and re-tighten the previously removed pivot and support bolts. Start the engine, and if the belt runs correctly, you have finished.
