Replace Alternator on Peugeot 206

Replace the damaged alternator on a Peugeot 206. Open the front bonnet where the engine is located. Lift the bonnet and secure it. Locate the battery and disconnect the terminals. Identify the alternator. Remove the belt, then undo the fixing bolts with a socket spanner, taking care not to damage the wiring harness. Undo all the securing bolts of the alternator. Once disassembly is complete, remove the alternator. Take the new replacement part and insert it into the appropriate housing. Tighten the securing bolts, then tighten the side bolts of the alternator. Check if the part is functioning.
