Is the fuel pump damaged? Let's see disassembly and assembly on the Peugeot 206. We remove the seats of the rear seats of the car. Unscrew the tightening screws of the metal cap with a socket wrench (we use absorbent paper around the perimeter to stop liquid leaks). Unscrew the large plastic nut that locks the fuel pump, disconnect the power supply terminals and the liquid circulation pipes. We extract the floating fuel pump from its seat with attached pieces. Finally we reassemble a new piece. We mount the new pump, connect pipes and electrical clamps. We screw the plastic nut. We cover with the rear seats.
