We remove the timing belt of the Peugeot 208 if we have exceeded the maximum mileage for safety. Let's see how the belt is removed. We raise the front hood of the car; we detach the soundproofing panel of the engine. We remove the belt cover panel and other protective covers. We loosen the belt tensioner, the second belt tensioner and remove the belt from its seat. With a fixed wrench we go to assemble the belt tensioner roller, we stretch until we have the right belt tension (we assemble the two belts). We mount the water pump if disassembled. We tighten all the pieces unscrewed earlier. We install soundproofing of the engine.
