Before starting, open the front bonnet of your Peugeot Partner. Begin by loosening the timing chain pulley and the tensioner.

Once done, unscrew and remove the bolt that secures the bracket holding the timing belt in place, then remove the bracket itself. After completing this step, you can remove the timing belt, finishing the disassembly.

To fit the new timing belt and close everything up, simply follow this procedure in reverse, and the replacement will be complete.
