In this video tutorial we will see how to remove and replace the engine battery on a Peugeot 2008 1.6 HDI, in simple steps. First of all we open the bonnet of our car and start by unscrewing the two battery clamps (positive and negative pole), using a 10 mm wrench; after which we proceed to remove the side control unit, pulling it upwards, as shown in the video. At this point we release the side plastic tabs to extract the battery, lifting it upwards; we just have to replace it with the new one, of the right type and with the same amperage!
