Turn on the instrument cluster but not the engine, using the appropriate key. To reset the service light on a Peugeot Boxer, you need to press both the brake and accelerator pedals at the same time. While both are pressed, start the engine and continue to hold the pedals for about twenty seconds, until the service light starts to flash: at this point, turn off the engine and you're done.

Perform this procedure after actually carrying out the routine maintenance on the car: this light should not be underestimated as it reminds you of the importance of servicing.
