How to Identify and Replace the Battery in a Peugeot Boxer

This guide shows how to locate and replace the battery in a Peugeot Boxer. The battery is located in a designated compartment inside the cabin, under the driver's footwell. Access the battery by unscrewing the four retaining screws at the corners of the cover and lifting the piece upwards. At this point, use an Allen key to unscrew the fixing screw of the battery bracket and remove it. Disconnect the negative terminal using the appropriate lever and the positive terminal after removing the plastic cover, the two screws of the red plate, and loosening the connector bolt; you can then extract the battery. Be careful not to damage any cables. Replace the battery in the same way. Reattach the terminal connectors, the fixing bracket, and finally the drainage tube. This should be inserted into the hole on the battery and the hole on the floor of the compartment.
