First, remove the engine intake ducts by releasing the metal clamps. At this point disconnect the air filter connector and remove all the compartment in which it is inserted, as shown in the video. Now, the diesel filter is accessible: here too disconnect the connector, then move on to the two small supply pipes. Unhook it from the retaining clip and remove the filter compartment. Proceed backwards for reassembly. As described in the title, the operation is the same for Citroen Berlingo and Peugeot Partner, as they are practically the same model branded by two different car manufacturers.
