In order to replace the alternator of the Peugeot 207, you need to open the hood so that you can have access to the components inside the engine compartment: the alternator will be located on the left side of the engine block, in its lower part. To remove it from its housing, you will need to unscrew its fastening screws and disconnect its power cables. Once the device has been completely freed, it will be possible to extract it from the bottom of the engine compartment and the replacement part will need to be inserted from the same area, properly fixed and connected.
