Today's guide will show you how to remove and replace the thermostat on a Peugeot 207 1.6 16 valve, following the instructions below. First, lift the vehicle and start by disconnecting the coolant hose, allowing the fluid to drain into a container for about ten minutes. Then, open the bonnet and disconnect the thermostat hose, followed by the electrical connector as shown in the video. At this point, unscrew the thermostat bolts to remove it and replace it with the new original part, reassembling everything and topping up with new antifreeze!
