Where to Find the EOBD Socket on a Peugeot 3008 II

In this video, we can see where the EOBD socket is located on a Peugeot 3008 II: although it is a video with advertising purposes, ultimately aiming to sell us their OBD11 reader, it shows us that the EOBD (European On Board Diagnostic) socket on our 3008 is not in a convenient location. It is located behind the dashboard on the right side, and to access it, there is no handy cover like in most vehicles; you need to remove the entire cover under the steering wheel. As we see in the video, it is fortunately identified by a prominent green plastic connector.
