Disabling the passenger airbag on a Peugeot 206 is a simple and quick operation. To disable the airbag, insert the ignition key into the lock located near the steering wheel on the left side.

This will deactivate the safety system; to reactivate it, perform the same step. The system should only be disabled in exceptional cases, such as transporting a child seat in the front right seat or when performing maintenance on the vehicle.
