This video shows how to resolve the heating issue on a Peugeot Partner that is not working. The fan does not operate at any speed.

The first step is to check for a blown fuse: this is fuse F11, 40 Ampere, located in the box next to the battery in the engine bay, and it is fine. The second thing to check is the power supply to the fan motor, which is located behind a panel in the passenger footwell, and it shows signs of burning, so you will need to remove the relay and check that the cable is intact.

You can find the relay on euautopezzi.it by entering the car model: the radiator relay costs £11.66 plus £9.95 for shipping. Simply reinstall it and the issue is resolved.
