In this video we can see the meaning of the warning lights on the instrument panel of the Peugeot 208: The double red circle with the exclamation point is the parking brake; always red is the one for seat belts; still red, the one for open doors; the red battery light tells us that the battery is low or that the alternator is not charging; the red airbag light indicates that an airbag is deactivated; double red circle ABS/ESP means that the sensor is damaged and we need to go to the service center; red engine light indicates a generic engine fault: if there is an exclamation point in the center, the problem is more serious. We then have the AdBlue light indicating a lack of additive; the red glow plug light indicates that they are damaged. There are also all the lights related to external signals such as turn signals and headlights. The red power steering light indicates a malfunction of the power steering; the red tire pressure light indicates that one of them is deflated. We also have the service light that reminds us of the upcoming service, which is the only one that can be reset by the user.

How to replace the Ford Transit key battery

Below I will explain how to replace the remote control key battery on the car, take a small screwdriver and pry the rear part of the remote control, (where there is the ring), at which point unhook the back cover and yes will have access to the compartment containing the battery. Always with the help of the small screwdriver, proceed to make the va and lift the battery out of the housing. Then take the new battery (check the type) and place it on the housing, always making sure to position it with the positive pole facing upwards. Finally, close the back cover by re-hooking it to the key.
