In order to replace the timing belt of the Peugeot 207, you need to loosen the screws that secure the right front wheel and the inner cover of the corresponding wheel arch: once these components have been removed, it will be possible to locate the belt tensioner pulley, which can be removed from its seat by loosening its central nut. This will allow the belt to reduce its tension, making it easier to remove; in this way it will be possible to insert the new belt into its seat and then mount all the components to check the operation.
