Cleaning the MAF sensor of the Peugeot 206.

If the Peugeot 206 has a non-linear engine performance and a decrease in performance, the cause may be a dirty Mass Air Flow (MAF) sensor. To clean it, open the hood of the engine compartment and secure it with its rod. Find the sensor on the intake manifold that feeds air into the injection system, located on the passenger side. Using an 8mm socket wrench with an extension, unscrew the bolt that holds it in place and remove the sensor. Place a cloth over the engine, place the sensor on it, and spray it with a specific cleaning spray. Wait for it to dry, then reinstall the sensor in its place and secure it with the screw.
