In this video, follow the instructions to perform the routine maintenance oil change on the fourth generation Ram 3500. First, lift the vehicle and start by loosening and removing the oil drain plug located on the oil pan, allowing the old oil to drain into a container for about ten minutes. Then, remove the oil filter cartridge and replace it with a new one, as shown in the video. At this point, open the fill hole to pour in the new engine oil (in this case, a 5W40).
