This short and simple video will show us the procedure for performing the regular maintenance service, replacing the engine oil and oil filter, of the RAM 3500. First, we will drain the engine oil by unscrewing the drain plug located on the oil pan; let it drain into a container for about ten minutes, as shown in the video. At this point, we will unscrew the oil filter cartridge and properly install the new cartridge. Finally, we will unscrew the fill cap and top up the oil, pouring the appropriate oil for our engine!
