Here’s how to change the fuel filter on a Renault Master with M9T 2.3 diesel engine. The filter is located on the right side of the engine bay (from the driver's perspective). You can find the filter on fruugo.it with code 164003560r-164004350r for €28.95 plus €5.99 shipping: disconnect the electrical connector from the old filter, disconnect the fuel pipes and remove the filter from its housing. Transfer the sensor from the old filter to the new one and insert it into the housing, connect the fuel pipes, secure the safety clip and reconnect the electrical connector. Now we need to bleed the system by turning the ignition on 4 to 5 times: the fuel pump will gradually fill the filter, but wait to start the engine!
