Removing the Electric Window Motor from a Megane

Is the electric window motor on your Megane damaged? Here’s how to remove the part from inside the car door. Before starting the disassembly, disconnect the battery terminals. Remove the cover of the internal door handle, taking care not to break it. Once removed, unscrew the screws in the panel using a screwdriver or battery-powered drill. Detach the door panel, disconnect the window motor and speaker terminals, peel off the adhesive cover from the metal, and unscrew the screws securing the starter motor. After reassembly, test the operation of the new part.
