In this video tutorial we will see how to remove and replace the EGR valve of the Renault Koleos 2.0 dCi, but also of the Samsung QM5. First of all we open the bonnet of our car and start removing the air intake sleeve, unscrewing the clamp screws; after which we disconnect the exhaust gas manifold from the EGR valve, unscrewing the fixing nuts, as shown in the video. At this point we disconnect the valve's electrical connector, remove it and replace it with the new one (or simply clean it); then we reassemble everything, applying the reverse procedure!
