Resetting the service light on a Renault Clio mk2 is a very simple operation that you can do yourself with ease. Remember, after resetting it, it is important to book a service with a mechanic.

To begin, sit in the driver's seat and turn off the car's engine. Press and hold the 'Trip reset' button and turn the key to switch on the ignition.

Keep it pressed for a few seconds until the lights and gauges stop moving. Once the operation is complete, the display on the dashboard will show 'oil ok'. Then turn off the ignition to correctly finish the operation.
