How to Reset the Service Light on the Renault Scenic

Each time you change the engine oil and oil filter, you must reset the service indicator that lights up on the dashboard. To do this, follow the instructions in the video and this description. First, access the driver's seat, insert the key into the ignition, and turn on the dashboard. At the end of the right-hand control lever, there are two buttons, an up arrow and a down arrow. Use one of the buttons to scroll through the functions of the onboard computer menu until you reach and highlight the "service interval" option. Press and hold the down arrow for at least 10 seconds until the service indicator on the display starts to flash and then is cleared.
