How to Remove the Front Bumper

This tutorial shows how to remove the front bumper from a Saab 9 5. First, locate the screws to be removed underneath the vehicle and then the screws that secure the bumper at the top near the bonnet. The video also explains that you need to remove the two small front grilles next to the headlights. There are several anchoring points at the lateral ends of the bumper: you will need to unscrew those as well. One screw to remove is located behind the right front headlamp, so this will need to be extracted. Other anchoring points are near the wing. Once all indicated points are unscrewed, it will be easy to remove the bumper.
