The passenger compartment air filter is located immediately under the windscreen, outside the passenger compartment: open the front hood, remove the gasket along the rear edge and unhook the plastic cover immediately under the windscreen (it is simply stuck); once removed, extract the old filter, remove any residues present and apply the new one respecting the direction of the air flow. Then replace the plastic cover and the gasket previously removed. After replacing the filter, it is recommended that the passenger compartment be sanitized with a special spray.

How to manually open the door of the Volkswagen Polo
