After disassembling the wheel with two wrenches, loosen the two locking nuts of the shoes and with the help of a ratchet wrench completely remove the bolts. Remove the jaws. With a screwdriver and hammer remove the protection in the center of the axle and with a ratchet wrench remove the bolt. Remove the brake disc. Lubricate the shaft and refit a new disc. Firmly tighten the disc retaining bolt with a torque wrench. Close the bolt cover and clean with a rag. Clean and lubricate the jaw pins. Refit the shoe supports by carefully retightening the bolts. Re-establish the position of the pistons by acting on the brake pedal.
