Removing the Front Bumper on Skoda Octavia

Model: Skoda Octavia MK 2, 1Z - Years 2004-2012

Open the bonnet and insert the support rod. Using a Torx key, unscrew the two pins above the bumper in the engine bay. Then, unscrew all the screws located in the wheel arches (also with a Torx key). Now unscrew all the lower screws located beneath the bumper and under the car. If possible, lift the car with a ramp and use two ratchets (one for each side). Voila! You can now remove the bumper. As you can see, this is a task that takes some time but is not difficult at all; it just involves unscrewing quite a few pins.
