How to Replace the Clutch Slave Cylinder on the Tata Zest

This guide shows how to replace the clutch slave cylinder on the Tata Zest. First, open the hood and secure the vehicle. At this point, on the right side of the engine, under the battery tray, locate the cylinder position. Remove the battery and its tray to access the cylinder. Unscrew the two mounting bolts and the hydraulic line, then remove the part. Next, insert the new cylinder in place and secure it with the bolts; check if the piston head properly contacts the clutch lever. Refill the reservoir with the appropriate fluid and open the bleeder valve located on the hydraulic line connection. Press the clutch pedal several times to release any air. Reassemble everything in position and check the vehicle's proper operation.
