How to disassemble the external rearview mirror of the Toyota RAV 4

The following steps will show us how to disassemble and replace the external rearview mirror of the Toyota RAV 4. First, we open the front door of the vehicle and start disassembling and removing the door panel; to do this, we remove the plastic cover of the handle and unscrew all the fixing screws, disconnecting the electrical connector of the window switch panel and the handle cable, as shown in the video. At this point, we unscrew the mirror screws to remove it from the outside, disconnecting its electrical connector; we replace the mirror with the new one!
