How to Reset the Timing Belt Indicator on a Toyota Land Cruiser J200

Model: Toyota Land Cruiser J200, MK 11 - Years 2007-2021

On the Toyota Land Cruiser J200, a general maintenance indicator "MAINT REQD" lights up based on mileage. Sit in the driver's seat, close all doors, and turn on the ignition. Press the "TRIP" button on the dashboard until the trip odometer (Trip A or Trip B) is displayed. Turn off the ignition, hold down the "TRIP" button, and simultaneously turn the key to the "ON" position. Continue holding for about 5-10 seconds until the display shows "000000" or the light flashes and turns off. Release the button and turn off the ignition. The indicator is reset.
