How to Change Spark Plugs on Toyota Yaris

Replace the spark plugs on the Toyota Yaris if damaged. Here’s how to change them. Pull the lever to open the engine compartment located at the bottom left of the dashboard and lift the front bonnet, securing it in place. Remove the engine cover panel, unscrew the securing bolts of the coils with a socket spanner, grasp the coil with your hands and twist it to extract it from the cylinder head. Use a socket spanner to unscrew the spark plugs (remove them from the cylinder head) and take the new spark plug, inserting it into the engine head with the socket spanner. Refit the engine soundproofing panel and test the vehicle.
