How to Replace the External Temperature Sensor on the Toyota RAV 4?

To replace the external temperature sensor on the Toyota RAV 4, open the bonnet and remove the rivets securing the panel at the front of the engine. Now, loosen the screws fixing the bumper: these are located near the front headlights, inside the wheel arches, and at the bottom of the bumper. The bumper will then need to be detached, allowing access to the external temperature sensor. The part must be disconnected from its connector and pulled out of its housing so that it can be replaced with a new sensor.
