To replace the rear headlight bulb on a Toyota Tacoma, lower the tailgate so you can access the screws on the side of the headlight. Once these screws are removed, pull the headlight out of its housing by disconnecting the connectors at the back.

This will allow you to remove the old bulbs from their connectors and attach the new bulbs. After connecting the new bulbs, insert them back into the housing and secure the headlight with the screws.
