How to Change the Engine Oil in a Toyota Camry

Model: Toyota Camry Xv20 - Years 1997-2001

Open the oil cap. Lift the vehicle on a lift and place a catch basin under the vehicle. Now open the drain plug and let the old oil completely drain out. Next, lubricate the contact parts and remove the engine oil filter using a suitable wrench. If necessary, you can replace the oil pan by unscrewing the drain tube and then removing the part in question. Once everything is reassembled, lower the vehicle from the lift and proceed to add fresh oil to the vehicle's oil reservoir.
